The Nurse functions as Case Manager to facilitate coordination of care among all skilled disciplines and collaborate with attending physicians to promote continuity of care. Occupational Therapists Assist our clients in improving their activities of daily living by using fine motor, cognitive, perceptual and sensory exercises and tasks. Speech Therapists Assist our clients in regaining their ability to produce and understand speech as well as improving communication and managing swallowing disorders. Medical Social Workers Evaluates the social and emotional factors that affect our clients and assist with obtaining the necessary community resources available to them.
